Some usefull information

 

  1. The keys are to be collected during office hours (every weekday from 9.30 a.m. till noon and from 2 p.m. till 6 p.m., on Sundays and holidays from 10 a.m. till noon)
  2. The letting period starts on the first day at 2 p.m. and ends the last day at noon.
  3. The prices and descriptions are only informative. In no case can the management be held responsible for any changes or mistakes.
  4. Without a clear confirmation, animals are not allowed
  5. Sheets and towels are not provided for. They can be rented: 10€/packet
  6. The number of persons who are allowed in the apartment is determined by the number of beds, or by an indication on the website.
  7. The additional costs for insurance and cleaning are: 55 € for a studio, 65 € for a one bedroom apartment, 75 € for a two bedroom apartment and 90 € for a 3 bedroom apartment.
  8. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment well in order and to have respect for the internal rules of each building. Therefore we ask a caution of 125 €.
  9. To make further renting possible, the agency has the right to visit the apartment from 10 to 12 a.m. and from 2 till 6 p.m.
  10. To confirm a reservation, at least 1/3 of the price has to be paid in advance. Payments by baktransfer can be done on our account number: KBC 733-0245380-97  IBAN: BE54 7330 2453 8097   BIC: KREDBEBB
